Leave to cool in the tray for 10 mins, then lift out and place on a wire rack to cool completely. This cuts well into 12 portions I think, but it could be cut smaller too as it’s very rich tasting.

This morning we were excited to see the Today Show debut a black bean brownie recipe. If you recall, a few weeks ago we published INTEGRIS dietitian Pam Patty's own black bean brownie recipe on I On Your Health. We're proud to say our recipe is healthier, because it has no butter and less eggs and sugar.

Then, whisk in eggs, vanilla and black beans. Place in a greased 8x8 baking pan, and bake for 30-35 minutes, until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
