I’ve been freezing little bites of brownie for years now and I honestly cry if I go to the freezer to get a handful and there aren’t any in there.This is more of a how-to than a recipe, but one that I just have to share because I’m obsessed and feel that all my fellow brownie lovers would love these too!We’ll usually eat half the batch of brownies freshly baked and then I’ll break up the rest of the batch (or just the edges sometimes or just a few of them if that’s all we have left) to put in the freezer for a handy and delicious sweet treat anytime.I freeze them in a single layer on a sheet pan for a few hours first and then transfer them to a freezer-safe sealed container to store long term. .
